1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jeta5 platform — whether via a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

jeta5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified by email at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These terms apply to all forms of activity on the jeta5 platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots, fishing games, poker variants, and any promotional or bonus activity offered by jeta5 from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

jeta5 operates a strict minimum age policy. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any gambling activity on the jeta5 platform. This requirement applies without exception to all users regardless of their location within Bangladesh.

By registering an account on jeta5, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are registering and playing in your own name;
• You have not been previously excluded from jeta5 or any affiliated platform;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) without having disclosed this status;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

jeta5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. Accounts found to belong to users under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any funds remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming policies. jeta5 treats underage gambling with the utmost seriousness and will report confirmed instances to relevant authorities where legally required.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the jeta5 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under fictitious identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your jeta5 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jeta5 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal request, jeta5 will require you to verify your identity by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within the last three months);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash account holder verification, bank statement).

jeta5 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion, particularly for large withdrawals or where enhanced due diligence is warranted. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jeta5 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify jeta5 support immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jeta5 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for players in Bangladesh. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and major international payment cards (Visa, Mastercard).

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at jeta5 is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly following successful confirmation from the payment provider. jeta5 does not charge fees for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gambling activity on the jeta5 platform. jeta5 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification for unusually large or frequent deposits in line with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals

jeta5 is committed to processing withdrawals via bKash and Nagad within 15 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing schedules of the receiving institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy their associated wagering requirements before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal;
• jeta5 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to five (5) business days for the purposes of security checks or identity verification;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.

jeta5 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals from or to accounts held in the names of third parties. Any funds identified as originating from or destined for a third-party account will be returned to the source and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jeta5 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to users aged 18 and above who have completed account registration on the jeta5 platform;
• Each bonus offer is limited to one (1) claim per user, per household, and per shared IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer;
• jeta5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or in violation of these terms will be forfeited and the associated account may be suspended;
• Free spins, if offered, must be used within the stated validity period. Expired free spins are forfeited without compensation.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of jeta5, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with jeta5;
• Money Laundering: Using the jeta5 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or as a mechanism to launder funds through gambling activity;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting");
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in live poker, table games, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants;
• Software Exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the jeta5 platform in ways that simulate or replace human play;
• Unauthorised Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, use, or operate your jeta5 account on your behalf;
• Harassment: Using any communication channel provided by jeta5 to harass, threaten, or abuse other users or members of the support team.

jeta5 employs automated monitoring systems and conducts manual reviews to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, jeta5 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void affected bets and transactions, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jeta5 platform — including but not limited to the jeta5 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software code, game graphics, written content, promotional materials, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of jeta5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeta5 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the jeta5 platform without prior written authorisation;
• Using the jeta5 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without express written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any jeta5 software component;
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the jeta5 platform on any third-party website.

Game content made available through jeta5 is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

You have the right to close your jeta5 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, jeta5 will verify your identity and confirm that there are no outstanding obligations (such as unsettled bets or incomplete KYC requirements) that must be resolved first. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

Suspension by jeta5

jeta5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a request from an authorised third party acting on their behalf;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wagering activity). jeta5 will notify users by email before a dormant account classification is applied. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 will be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the user logging in. No fees are charged on accounts with a zero balance.

9. Limitation of Liability

The jeta5 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jeta5 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeta5 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of or inability to access the jeta5 platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any Bangladesh bank;
• Technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or any other events outside jeta5's reasonable control (force majeure events);
• Errors in odds or game results that are promptly corrected upon identification, provided jeta5 acts in good faith;
• Any decision made by a user under the influence of, or in relation to, a gambling problem, where that user has not engaged with jeta5's available responsible gaming tools.

Nothing in these terms limits jeta5's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence. In all other cases, jeta5's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user to jeta5 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jeta5 operates. In the event of any dispute arising between a user and jeta5 in connection with these terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of one party notifying the other, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings in accordance with applicable law.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the jeta5 service, you should contact the support team in the first instance via live chat. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first level, you may escalate it in writing to [email protected], marking your email "Formal Complaint". jeta5 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two (2) business days and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the jeta5 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (both of which are incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and jeta5 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
